Job Summary
Provide relationship-based, top-of-license primary care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. Utilize free clinical resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD to deliver holistic, patient-centered visits ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. Practice autonomously with a focus on acute and chronic care, urgent visits, and wellness, while minimizing administrative and insurance tasks. Maintain an active license and current board certification (ANCC/AANP for NPs or NCCPA for PAs) with CPR/BLS certification. Full practice authority is strongly preferred. This role supports Marathon Health's value-based model, where success is measured by health outcomes rather than patient volume or billing.
