PRN Nurse Practitioner - Executive Wellness and Concierge Medicine

Assess health status by performing complete histories and physical examinations for acute and complex chronically ill patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, formulate differential diagnoses, and manage therapeutic interventions including pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic, and surgical procedures. Coordinate daily clinic schedules with the attending physician team, present patient reports, and collaborate on care plans. Perform advanced procedures such as minor suturing, complex wound management, and line/tube placements. Document patient progress through daily notes, discharge summaries, and transfer summaries while maintaining compliance with critical care standards. Serve as the first responder for nursing and house staff during patient status changes or resuscitative interventions.
