Job Summary
Independent contractor Nurse Practitioner to support military service members with weekend availability, performing physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, interviewing personnel, and documenting readiness classification in the service member’s medical record. Requires active NP license, CPR/BLS, and flexibility to work in various locations including remote military installations; experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health preferred; travel on weekends; background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP license in the state
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
- Experience with mobile medical services - preferred
- Not Required - Diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications
- Able to work extended hours
- Able to travel, with weekend availability - preferred
- Able to work in various locations, including remote military installations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
