Job Summary
Coordinate medical appointments and collect urine drug screens for clients in our residential treatment program. Check vital signs and weights monthly, maintain accurate medication records, and collaborate with pharmacies to ensure drug accuracy. Distribute medications at designated times and arrange home passes while communicating physician orders with the registered nurse and treatment teams. Rotate between Needville and Stafford locations to support young adults ages 18–28. Requires current RN license and one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience
- Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings
- Proficient in time management, assertiveness, problem solving, and self‐motivation
- Knowledge of standard medical terminology, medical techniques, legal charting procedures, and medication guidelines
- Skilled in using nursing tools/equipment and assessing client physical conditions
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong ability to communicate medical situations clearly with clients, parents, and co‐workers
- Ability to use Microsoft software, additional computer programs, and navigate local network systems
