Job Summary
Marathon Health is hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide relationship-based primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. The role emphasizes autonomous practice with strong support resources (e.g., UpToDate, RubiconMD) and a value-based care model. Responsibilities include preventive and chronic care management, acute visits, and contributing to a holistic patient experience. Requirements include active NP license with ANCC/AANP board certification, CPR/BLS, and DEA number where applicable; independent practice experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required (Nurse Practitioner)

- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred
