Job Summary
Perform MRI procedures according to protocol, including patient preparation, chart reviews for clinical information and consent, and screening for surgical implants or contrast allergies. Obtain prior films as needed, execute high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation, and transfer images to other locations. Coordinate scan protocols with the Radiologist, maintain and inspect equipment while reporting failures or deficiencies, and interface with the Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager regarding departmental concerns. Perform exams while attending to patient care before, during, and following the procedure, notifying appropriate parties if conditions change.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years' experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed
- Detail oriented

- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectation

- Professional demeanor
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
- Current license from state medical board (if applicable)
- Current CPR certification
- Adheres to Envision's Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies
- Attends annual Compliance training as set forth by the Company
