Job Summary
Conduct exams at individuals' homes or workplaces by taking basic vitals, recording medical histories, and performing venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs. Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe transport while utilizing company technology to confirm appointments and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours. Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members. Manage your availability in a flexible, field-based role requiring a valid driver's license with three years of experience and no recent moving violations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification- based on state requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration
- Must have internet access, computer, and printer
- Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months
