Job Summary
Conduct mobile exams at clients' homes or workplaces by taking vitals, recording histories, and performing venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs. Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for transport while utilizing company technology to confirm appointments and upload completed cases within 24–48 hours. Travel locally to meet clients, manage inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members. Earn $21–$30 per hour with a 401(k) match up to 5% and potential annual performance bonuses. Requires high school diploma, active phlebotomy certification, one year of phlebotomy experience, and a valid driver's license with three years of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- At least 100 documented successful blood draws
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
- Experience with urine administration
- Experience with EKG administration
- Must have internet access
- Must have a computer
- Must have a printer
- Valid Driver's license
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period
- None in the most recent 12 months
