Job Summary
Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies; observe residents during medication administration and document effects; maintain accurate entries in medication administration records; communicate concerns to wellness leadership; assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and a person-centered environment; PRN scheduling to fill shifts during staffing needs; requires completion of state-approved medication assistance training; preferred direct care experience; CPR certification preferred; CAPLICO Core Values reflected in patient care and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- State-approved medication administration training
- Experience with ADL in residential care
- Strong communication in English
- Ability to work as part of a team
