Job Summary
As a Medical Business Associate (Receptionist) at Munson Healthcare’s Pain Clinic, you are the first point of contact for patients and families. You will obtain/verify required patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system, schedule patient appointments (including return visits and referrals), greet patients professionally in person and by phone, and respond effectively to patients and their families. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with typing and Windows and multiple computer systems, and vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (with flu vaccination during the flu season) or an approved exemption. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
