Job Summary
Experienced Medical Assistant or LPN sought to join Marathon Health in Wisconsin Rapids. The role combines clinical duties with front-desk responsibilities to deliver patient-centered care within a value-based primary care model. Responsibilities include taking vitals, performing blood draws and injections, administering immunizations, assisting with procedures, coordinating with labs, preparing medications, documenting in medical records, managing scheduling and referrals, communicating test results, and supporting outreach to engage patients. The position requires MA certification/registration where required by state, CPR/BLS certification, and preferred phlebotomy experience. The salary range is $21.00-$26.00/hour for part-time hours with benefits including medical coverage, PTO, holidays, and other company offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or relevant clinical role
- Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program
- National or state-specific MA certification or registration (strongly preferred; required where mandated by state)
- CPR/BLS certification required at start date
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
