Job Summary
Escort patients to exam rooms, ensure thorough cleaning and stocking, and review medical information to inform the provider. Take vitals, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, and prepare for additional lab tests. Handle front desk duties including patient scheduling, check-in/out, medical record abstraction, and coordinating specialist referrals. Process test results and provide timely updates to patients. Maintain clinical supplies and equipment while partnering with the care team to develop individual patient plans. Requires minimum one year of Medical Assistant experience, CPR/BLS certification, and state-specific certification where applicable. Competitive hourly pay of $21.00-$25.00 with 15 days PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant
- Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or other related program
- MA certification or registration
- CPR/BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- National or state-specific MA certification or registration (where required)
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience in Primary Care
