Job Summary
PRN Medical Assistant to provide phlebotomy, immunizations, EKG, vitals, and vision support for military service members; weekend schedule in Arkansas; mobile clinic setting serving USAR, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, USAFR; duties include blood draws, immunizations, EKG, vitals, and vision with emphasis on health readiness; requires certification/licensure as Medical Assistant (or equivalent training), phlebotomy and CPR/BLS, ability to work weekends, background check and drug screening, and E-Verify. Join a mobile treatment center delivering care for deployable forces and participate in a mission-driven healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
- Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
- Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
- Utilize universal precautions for patient care
- Experience working with military - preferred
- Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
- Proficient with computer programs
- Must have weekend availability
