Job Summary
PRN Medical Assistant needed to provide health readiness services to military service members in West Virginia on weekends with some occasional weekdays. Responsibilities include phlebotomy/blood draw, immunizations, EKG, manual vitals and vision. Requires Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or equivalent training; CPR/BLS certification; phlebotomy certification preferred. Weekend availability required; military or mobile medical services experience preferred. Join a team delivering fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine, and portable deployment model services to US Army Reserve, Army National Guard, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, and USAFR partners.
Required Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
- Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
- Experience working with military - preferred
- Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
- Proficient with computer programs
- Must have weekend availability
