Job Summary
PRN Medical Assistant position to support military health readiness services for US Army Reserve, National Guard, and other reserve components. Responsibilities include phlebotomy/blood draw, immunizations, EKG, manual vitals and vision. Requires certification as a Medical Assistant (or equivalent training) with CPR/BLS; phlebotomy certification preferred. Weekend availability is required with occasional weekday coverage in West Virginia. Experience with military settings or mobile medical services is preferred; candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, proficient with computer programs, and able to follow universal precautions. Required Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
- Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
