Job Summary
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, resolving complaints and assisting with inquiries regarding clinic services and hours. Take medical histories, measure patient vitals, and administer medications including injections within scope of practice. Manage inventory, order, and replenish medical supplies while operating a multi-phone line system to answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to emails. Ensure superior service delivery from the moment guests enter the clinic to beyond the clinic walls. Requires BLS certification, two years of comparable clinical experience, and ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program
- Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients
- Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges
- Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members
