Escort patients to rooms, ensure exam rooms are cleaned and stocked, and review previous medical information to inform the provider. Take vitals, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, and prepare for additional tests with contracted labs. Manage front desk duties including patient scheduling, medical record requests, check-in and check-out, and coordinate specialist visits. Process test results and provide timely updates to patients as directed. Maintain clinical supplies and equipment while partnering with the care team to develop individual patient plans of care.
