Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) sought to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health care (infants to adolescents) in a home setting. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, coordination of care, and educating families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes. Duties emphasize a patient-centered approach with emphasis on quality of care, preventative initiatives, and ongoing clinical training. Flexible scheduling with days, nights, and weekends available; opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts. 1:1 patient care ratio and access to clinical support and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
