PRN LTC LPN provides patient care under RN/Physician supervision, administers medications and IVs, supervises nursing assistants, assesses vital signs, identifies and addresses issues in the patient care plan, and manages dressing changes. Responsibilities include supervising a group of nurses, ensuring timely care plan execution, and administering intravenous medications and fluids. Shifts available AM or PM in Morganton, NC.
