Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to plan and manage patient care; acts as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians; perform ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs; administer medications and dressing changes; supervise nursing assistants and lead a group of nurses; address problems related to the patient’s care plan; administer intravenous medications and care for IV lines.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license in good standing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- responsible for planning and managing patient care
