PRN LTAC RN Job in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients while formulating care plans to ensure continuity. Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Monitor patient status and provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Shifts are 3x12 nights. This role supports the Long Term Acute Care team in Tulsa, Oklahoma, focusing on high-acuity patient outcomes.
