Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while managing critical care equipment including ventilators, chest tubes, and central lines. Formulate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and monitor patient status. Dispense medications, wound vacs, and IV drips while providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Work a 3x12 night shift schedule. This role supports the long-term acute care unit's mission to deliver optimum outcomes for complex patients requiring extended hospitalization.
