Provide quality patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation by dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring optimum outcomes and continuity. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status while giving guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Work a 3x12 day shift schedule.
