Dispense medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines while assessing, intervening, and evaluating patients to ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate comprehensive care plans and provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Monitor and implement patient status updates throughout the shift. This role requires a 3x12 day schedule.
