Job Summary
Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN) with 3x12 shift coverage in Troy/Lake Saint Louis area. Provides patient care across assessment, intervention, and evaluation phases, collaborates with the healthcare team to formulate care plans, dispenses medications, manages chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes and central lines, monitors patient status, and provides guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Requires strong critical care skills, patient monitoring, and ability to implement and evaluate care plans in a hospital LTAC setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri
- BLS/ACLS recommended
- LTAC experience preferred
- Medications administration
- Ventilator management
- Chest tube care
- Wound vacs management
- Central line care
