Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients to ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care. Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans and provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Monitor and implement patient status updates throughout the shift. Work a 6P schedule in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
