Conduct patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation while managing complex equipment including ventilators, central lines, and feeding tubes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring optimum outcomes and continuity. Dispense medications and provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status throughout the shift. Work a 3x12 night schedule.
