Job Summary
Conduct patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation while managing critical care equipment including ventilators, chest tubes, and central lines. Dispense medications and IV drips, monitor patient status, and formulate care plans to ensure continuity. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Shifts consist of 3x12 days. This role supports the Long Term Acute Care team in Knoxville, Tennessee, focusing on optimum patient outcomes through collaborative healthcare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN)
- Dispensing medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV Drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
- Monitor, implement and evaluate the status of the patient
- Give guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
- Shift: 3x12 Days
