Conduct patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while managing complex equipment including ventilators, central lines, and feeding tubes. Formulate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimum outcomes and continuity. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status while dispensing medications and supervising clinical support staff. Provide quality care during the assessment, intervention, and evaluation process. Work a 3x12 Days shift schedule.
