Conduct quality patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation for Long Term Acute Care patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring optimum outcomes and continuity. Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Work a 3x12 night shift.
