Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients while collaborating with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring optimum outcomes and continuity. Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Monitor and implement patient status updates throughout the shift. Schedule 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
