Job Summary
LTAC RNs provide direct patient care in a Long Term Acute Care setting, including medication administration and management of chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, implementing and evaluating care plans, monitoring patient status, and supervising clinical support staff. Requires active RN license and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Shift options include AM and PM in Broken Arrow, OK.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Nursing degree (ASN/BSN)
- broad clinical competencies in LTAC or acute care settings
