Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff, responding to physical and behavioral health needs. Maintain appropriate scope of practice while working on a PRN schedule covering days and weekends. Possess an active LPN license, high school diploma, current CPR certification, and ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and criminal background check. Work at Smith State Prison in Glennville, Georgia, with a pay rate of $33.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Appropriate and active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
