Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor resident conditions to report changes promptly. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. This PRN role in Catoosa, Oklahoma, offers hourly pay of $30–$34, includes paid time off, full benefits, and a $1,000 longevity bonus. Current LPN licensure is required, with long-term care experience preferred.
