Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement patient care plans aligned with physician orders; monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments, and support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to contribute to successful rehabilitation outcomes. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate progress, and participate in a team-focused environment that prioritizes compassionate, personalized care and ongoing professional growth (tuition reimbursement and career-path plans included).
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
