Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans, while supporting patients’ physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Deliver compassionate, individualized care, monitor vital signs and treatment responses, and foster meaningful relationships to drive positive rehabilitation outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
