Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor resident conditions to report changes promptly. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. This PRN role is based in Mannford, Oklahoma, with a schedule of as-needed shifts.
