PRN Logistics Technician

Job Summary
PRN Logistics Technician responsible for supporting daily QPS Logistics operations through inventory management, kit assembly, and shipping coordination. Maintains records in Excel and various inventory management platforms; monitors inventory levels; assembles laboratory kits and study kits according to protocol-specific instructions; prepares, packages, and ships study kits, laboratory supplies, and clinical materials in compliance with procedures and shipping regulations; processes shipments and documents; communicates with internal departments, vendors, and study teams; verifies kit components and expiration dates; organizes storage areas; supports study startup and ongoing study logistics; performs other logistics and operational duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in an environment requiring confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, laboratory support, or shipping/receiving preferred
- Experience in a Regulated industry laboratory preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment preferred
