Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia management for B&B, OB, Endo, and healthy pediatric cases as an independent CRNA. Perform epidural and spinal anesthesia while working 0630-1500 Monday through Friday with an 8-hour guarantee. Manage patient care for diverse populations using Cerner EMR, maintaining BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Submit resume, cover letter, and professional references to info@achcstaffing.org for temporary privileges with a 30-day credentialing timeframe. Experience 1-3 years as a CRNA required.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Must be proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia
