Job Summary
PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) at Silverado Bellingham in memory care. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians; providing clinical support and assistance with daily living activities; monitoring resident health and maintaining care documentation; and fostering a safe, respectful environment for residents with memory impairments. Requires graduation from an accredited Vocational Nursing program, active LVN/LPN license, English communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and comfort with animals. Schedule includes Sunday-Tuesday shifts as needed per diem. Compensation range $40-$47 per hour; benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
- Active LVN/LPN license
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
