PRN Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents at MediLodge at the Shore, including administering medications, documenting conditions, and implementing physician orders. Supervise and direct junior staff members, CNAs, and clinical personnel while ensuring supplies are maintained and equipment is clean. Participate in orientation and in-service training, interview applicants, and recommend hires within the scope of the state practice act. Ensure economic utilization of supplies and communicate needs for housekeeping, maintenance, or dietary assistance. Work as a part-time PRN role with leading market wages, including the Michigan Direct Care Incentive, and flexible scheduling options.
