Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program. Maintain a focused caseload by collaborating with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time. Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care while working closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care. This PRN role offers flexible supplemental hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, with hourly pay ranging from $35.00 to $45.00.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting
- Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding
