PRN Lab Aide Mid Shift

Perform waived and moderate high complexity testing according to CLIA '88 guidelines, interpreting and reporting results for established tests in Microbiology. Execute quality control, quality assurance, and maintenance while handling clerical tasks, specimen collection, accessioning, and processing. Answer phones, relay patient results, and monitor expected and outstanding logs. Work independently under supervision of the department coordinator or certified technologist/technician. This role supports clinical excellence within Baptist Health's growing family of hospitals and diagnostic centers across Kentucky and Indiana.
