Job Summary
Provide PRN STEMI call coverage at VHC Health's Main Hospital Campus in Arlington, VA. Manage high-acuity cardiac cases within a dedicated cath lab team supported by established protocols and rapid response infrastructure. Collaborate with cardiologists, hospitalists, emergency medicine, and ICU teams to ensure timely intervention and patient-centered outcomes. Primarily scheduled for weekend coverage. Board-certified Interventional Cardiologists with demonstrated STEMI experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology fellowships
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Demonstrated experience with STEMI care
- Eligible for or licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- PRN employed opportunity
