Job Summary
Perform catheter access and care, including peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, and PICC lines; administer medications such as antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG; and conduct vitals and assessments. Provide patient education on self-administration and submit visit notes through electronic charting promptly. Requires current RN license with at least one year of infusion therapy experience, reliable transportation, and a licensed driver's license. Schedule includes two visits per week with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and free supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Competent in the duties described above
- Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy
- Minimum 1-year experience in catheter maintenance and care
- Reliable transportation
- Access to a printer/scanner/fax machine
- Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel
- Licensed driver
- Valid automobile insurance
