Job Summary
PRN Infusion RN providing on-site and outpatient infusion care across multiple NC facilities (Steele Creek/Charlotte, Matthews, Gastonia). Deliver infusions and injections with precision, conduct patient assessments, educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects, and monitor responses. Maintain accurate nursing documentation in the EHR, uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards, and support care coordination with referring providers and cross-functional teams. Assist with chart preparation, treatment planning, inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence. Flexible scheduling and the ability to work at multiple facilities within the designated market are required. Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
- Clinical experience in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with experience in biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
