Job Summary
Answer afterhours and triage calls from patients, monitoring responses within agency time limits. Evaluate and assess patient health care needs based on signs and symptoms using established protocols. Obtain provider direction to determine the best clinical course of action, recommending ER visits, urgent care, home care advice, or in-home nursing visits as appropriate. Collaborate with the visit nursing team on patient needs. Requires a current RN license in Colorado or a compact license, at least one year of RN experience, and a secure HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed wired internet. Must reside in Colorado, Florida, or Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a secure HIPAA-compliant workspace with a door, no background noise or interruptions, and a reliable wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 150Mpbs download and 100Mbps upload capabilities
- Must possess a current RN license in the state of Colorado or compact nursing license
- Must reside in Colorado, Florida, or Georgia
- Must have a minimum of one year RN experience
- Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
- Must comply with agency health screening and immunization requirements
