PRN Hospice Chaplain | Waxahachie / Ennis, TX

Coordinate spiritual assessments, rituals, and bereavement support for patients and families while managing volunteer recruitment, training, and placement. Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver compassionate end-of-life care and oversee community outreach and education initiatives. Maintain documentation and reporting standards while supporting patient and family services. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, one year of healthcare chaplaincy experience, and a valid driver's license. Open to travel within the patient care area.
