PRN Home Infusion RN

Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments in the home setting. Maintain active RN licensure in a compact state or the state of application, hold a valid driver's license, and possess current BLS certification. Demonstrate proficiency in medication administration, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
