PRN Home Infusion RN

Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments in the home setting. Provide direct patient care using smart technology to coordinate treatment and improve outcomes. Maintain proficiency in medication administration while conducting strong clinical assessments. Work independently and collaborate with a team, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have at least one year of home infusion experience, an active RN license in a compact state or the state of application, a valid driver's license, and current BLS certification. Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
